Back to maintenance

I have been on maintenance since I found out I was pregnant on 2/6/2005. The pregnancy was ectopic and I had surgery to remove the pregnancy from my tubes on 2/14/2005. Read my baby blog if you want more info. http://www.dom.bz/baby/blog/

I gained three pounds when I switched to maintenance, so it is back to induction for me to get back into ketosis. Hopefully those three pounds will come back off quickly.

Flax

I have really been missing my flax. I went to the store yesterday and finally got some! I am thinking of making flax bread with it this time. My husband suggested I get two bags this time so I won't run out like I did last time. He is SO thoughtful!!! I was going to get my friend Jane some sugar-free caramel syrup there, but the only one they had looked like it'd been dropped because the cap had a big dent in it. Even worse, there was dried syrup all over the bottle like another bottle had dropped with it and broken. I couldn't believe they even had it out for sale!

Klondike or Breyers?

Has Klondike been purchased by Breyers? It seems that all the low-carb ice cream bars that were sold by Klondike are now being sold by Breyers. Hmmmm.............
