Weight back to where it was.
My weight this morning was 133.8, which puts me roughly back to where I was before surgery. I look forward to continuing to lose weight.
This blog will keep up with my continuing progress on the Atkins diet, along with anything else I think of.
I began the Atkins diet on Oct 18, 2003 at 180 pounds. I lost 45 pounds the first year and my health improved tremendously.
