Cold days!
The wind and rain came through yesterday, and now the cold sets in behind it. I sure will miss the 70 degree days of winter. Hopefully the cold will not last too long.
This blog will keep up with my continuing progress on the Atkins diet, along with anything else I think of.
I began the Atkins diet on Oct 18, 2003 at 180 pounds. I lost 45 pounds the first year and my health improved tremendously.
